Pinewood Builders Multipurpose Research Facility was a PB rebrand of the QSML3. Project was leaded by TheWildDeveloper who at the time was working for XYLEM. And the former Owner of Quantum Science.
It was the center of a Dark-Matter Reactor, set in the 1980's and has a identical theme to QSERF and QSML.
The project was cancelled due to Wild being dissatisfied with Pinewood.
