Pinewood-Syndicate War otherwise known as The War For The Sahara or the Second Western Sahara War is an ongoing conflict between Pinewood Builders, its Security Team and a UN-Recognized terrorist organization - The Mayhem Syndicate.

The conflict saw extensive causalities in resources and materiel as the Western World (US, Canada, EU, Japan, Taiwan, etc.), who is Pinewood's number one material buyer would donate an extensive amount of its old technology (such as M4 Sherman from the United States and L85 from the United Kingdom).

However PB had to commission it's subsidiary - XYLEM Technologies to create top-of-the-line equipment to defeat the Syndicate threat. despite their technological edge PB would still suffer multiple controversies and loses examples being the Battle of Marsa where PB - while ultimately winning the engagement would suffer immense causalities.

The continuous defeats at the TMS hands led XYLEM to develop the O.M.N.I. O1 SPA and Breakthrough Tank Destroyer which would finally make the Sherman obsolete.

Early War Period[]

Early War was full of Guerilla Warfare and high PB casualities. While not fully explored in canon its still well known for it being one of the most important times that took place during the War. The Early War's most important events were Battle of El Marsa and Operation Dust Buster.

El-Marsa's Effect on the Doctrine[]

After seeing the great losses at the battle, PB on behalf of PBSTHC would commission XYLEM to develop Breakthrough Tank Destroyers and OMNI SPA's. While Breakthrough's primary purpose was to be sold to militias and countries, its secondary objective was to destroy captured PB armor. Eventually with the backlash for the Sherman's poor performance it would be phased out and replaced by BTD and AV-6 Infantry Fighting Vehicle.

TMS PBRF/CC Raid[]

In Mid-2021 TMS would launch a massive raid with the help of a TMS covert unit lead by Sergeant. however with reinforcements being sent from Mega Miners outpost and a certain Salty Cadet from PBST Activity Center in Nebraska, USA the TMS were forced to evacuate. most of the evacuating TMS groups were killed leaving only 2 survivors of the attack.

Sergeant and Recruit would be the only TMS group surviving the attack. Meanwhile the PBCC's Supervisor Wilson would call the present PBST and discuss the issue of a possible Mega Miners Riot.

Mega Miners Riot - PBCC's Destruction[]

Due to the lack of PBST present at the Mega Miners complex in Atlas Mountains, Morocco. the Miners would end up breaking into the complex's manager office and get into PBST Outpost at which they would steal the PB's multi-purpose transport vehicle. Using the excavation machinery found at the complex about 34 Miners - now the Mega Miner Rioters would make their way south towards the port city of Boujdour, where it was said that an ancient Iceman was to be transported overseas.

TMS survivors would hear of the transport and would cause a skirmish at the port hoping to free the iceman and recruit him to destroy the Salty Cadet. Miners would soon arrive in the city, low on fuel they would reveal the truth of the PB's crimes which would get the attention of a Daily Bugle employee who would offer the rioters oil as well as money for their unpaid labor.

Jamey - Daily Bugle's boss would ask to interview the miners to gather the evidence for his anti-pinewood newspaper to which the rioters agreed. next day the rioters would make their way to free the iceman. when arriving at the port they would notice PBST and the TMS Duo fighting among the cargo crates. The Rioters would intervene on the TMS' side.

After the skirmish the iceman would escape and the TMS duo would help the rioters in finding PBRF's location. Upon arriving at the RF the Miners would brute-force their way inside the facility. a single PBST member would alert the Salty Cadet of the Miner's presence however the PBST would end up dying before saying from where the miners would come from.

Salty Cadet would end up securing the vehicle entrance while the miners took the people-sized elevators instead. the first rioter would end up dying to a Coffee Machine, next one would be ran over by a passenger train. Enraged by the driver's actions the rioters would hijack the train and would make their way towards coolant - crashing their train into an important structural support beam, causing a flood. the miners would destroy vital coolant systems which would explode taking lives of 3 miners and 2 staff.

Afterwards 6 Miners would detach from the main group and would have a "meeting" in the PIA room, they were caught by a PBST however an emo-miner would defeat PBST. The Rioters would eventually stumble into Wilson who directed them into the fans room and would unsuccessfully contact Salty Cadet about the Miner's whereabouts.

After the Rioters took control of the facility speakers Salty would realize his mistake and would pursue the Rioters. He would catch up to Miners however they would end up escaping after the Iceman's sacrifice which would put Salty in a critical condition.

The Pinewood's Boss would later arrive at the facility to confront Wilson. After that PIA would get a hold of even dumber miners however their public image was unsavable.

Stalemate and Crackdowns[]

WARNING: This Section May Not Be Canon in the Future /!\

After the PBCC's Flooding, PB would arrest Jamey and other Daily Bugle employees for "spreading pro-terrorist propaganda". The main reason for the crackdown was the then newest DB newspaper about 90 dead miners. However even after calling the PBCC's flooding a "Temporary Blackout" the people all across the Southern Provinces would protest against PB's actions and would call for a more reliable source of energy in the region.

As time went by, West's support towards PB would become smaller, PBST had trouble trying to retake the TMS pockets especially the Southern one as it is where TMS main foreign supplies came from. Meanwhile TMS and Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic would sign a non-agression pact in hopes of being able to resupply the recently split Northern Pocket(s). Seeing the TMS's actions the Moroccan Government would decide to join the War on the Pinewood's side in hopes of fully controlling it's Southern Provinces. Algeria support TMS and SADR financially seeing as Algeria helped SADR in the First Western Sahara War.
