Welcome to the Pinewood Builders Wiki! To get started we ask for you to follow rules as breaking wiki rules can will result in a wiki moderation.

These rules are very easy to follow and as such violations will be punished fairly strictly. If you see someone else violating these rules, please send a message to a Moderator about the ongoing situation. Please note the rules may change, we do not take "I didn't read the rules", "I didn't know that rule existed" or "Someone else was on my account" as an excuse as your account is your responsibility. Make sure you all read the rest of the rules and notices in the rules tab and the guidelines in the discussion area before you start posting, creating pages, and starting discussions.

User Conduct (§1)

  1. Be nice and treat people with respect. Keep discussions civil and be open-minded about differing opinions.
  2. Spamming, trolling, malicious content or vandalizing of any kind will be deleted and will lead to your account being banned.
  3. Do not insert links to phishing, +18, scam, malicious, or illegal websites to the wiki, if caught doing so will result in an immediate block and an account ban.
  4. Do not engage in any sort of edit wars, let a staff member know if someone is intentionally inserting incorrect information, if you are seen being involved in an edit war, you will be blocked from editing regardless if you are right about the content issue.

General Wiki Conduct (§2)

  1. Unnecessary pages and images will be deleted, an example of a page like this would be "Every blue brick in PBCC", or "Every door in PBCC".
  2. Impersonation of other users or famous people will not be tolerated. If you have been banned and return on a new account, your posts will be deleted and your new account(s) will be banned.
  3. Do not create pages about users, only wiki moderators are allowed to create those pages as to keep the wiki neat.
  4. Do not put random promotions on the history page, the only promotions allowed to be put on there is if someone gets promoted to Trainer in PBST, Instructor in TMS, Specialist in PET, or Producer in PBM. Inductions/promotions for PIA, PBV, and XYLEM are also allowed. Some rank promotions are permitted due to their different nature and abilities, an example being the legacy PBST Trainer rank (not the current one) which not only hosted trainings but also moderated PB games. If you are unsure if a rank should be placed on the history page message an Administrator and they will tell you if it is allowed or not.
  5. Do not put random resignations on the history page, the only resignations allowed on the history page are for Facilitator, Head of Intelligence, Head of Security, or an equivalent past rank. Firings and Demotions are not allowed to be placed on the history page.
  6. Do not put random group milestones on the history page, these may only be posted on 50k increments.

Policies vs. Guidelines (§3)

Throughout the rules, you will see notes as to whether a certain rule is a policy or a guideline. Policies are principles that members of the community must follow.

  • e.g. user behavior, earning additional user rights, page creation, what information can be on a wiki page, and FANDOM policies.

Guidelines are recommendations that are frequently used to resolve conflicts among editors.

  • e.g. how pages should be formatted and how administrators give out blocks.

No sanction can be given to an editor for not following a guideline, and informing a user of a policy is generally necessary before a sanction can be given.

Users must follow user conduct policies

Users are expected to abide by FANDOM's User Conduct policies. In general, treat others the way that you want to be treated. A guiding principle on the wiki is to assume good faith with every editor.

FANDOM Usernames (§4)

Your Fandom username must be appropriate and be the same as your Roblox username, or you can state your roblox username in your FANDOM use bio.

FANDOM policies apply

Some FANDOM policies apply to all FANDOM communities. These policies include the terms of use, the privacy policy, and the community creation policy. These policies are created by FANDOM staff and their enforcement is out of the control of this wiki. However, this wiki specifically enforces the FANDOM Community Guidelines and the user conduct section of the terms of use. Violation of FANDOM policies (i.e. death threats, harassing other editors, being underage) is grounds for an immediate block.
